Infomedics Token BH Verloopt Bijna of is Verlopen: Oplossing
Wanneer je de melding krijgt dat de Infomedics token van BH is verlopen, volg dan de onderstaande stappen om dit probleem op te lossen:
Inloggen met 74_acousoft
- Log in vanaf onze kant met het account
74_acousoft.
- Log in vanaf onze kant met het account
Token verlengen
- Log in met het BH productieaccount. Dit account kun je vinden in Keepass.
Inloggen op Infomedics
- Zodra je bent ingelogd op Infomedics, word je automatisch teruggestuurd naar AudicienAssist.
Klant informeren
- Informeer de klant dat het probleem is opgelost.
Ticket sluiten
- Sluit het ticket.
- Sluit het ticket.

Resolving Expired Infomedics Token for BH
When you receive a notification that the Infomedics token for BH has expired, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Log in with 74_acousoft
- Log in from our side using the 74_acousoft account.
Step 2: Renew the Token
- Log in using the BH production account (credentials can be found in Keepass).
Step 3: Log in to Infomedics
- Once logged into Infomedics, you will be automatically redirected to AudicienAssist.
Step 4: Inform the Customer
- Notify the customer that the issue has been resolved.
Step 5: Close the Ticket
- Close the ticket, as no further action is required.
