The common reasons:
1) No date of birth for this patient (check the Patient details in Manage)
2) Noah version is not compatible with Bridge (4.13 is necessary one)
You may check it in Bridge by clicking Help > About > Noah License
3) Bridge is not registered in Noah (Tools > Register in Noah)
