Patient number now shown in Bridge-launched modules
Starting with Bridge 2.6.0, the patient number from your practice management system (PMS) is now displayed in the measurement and fitting modules launched through Bridge, making it easier to confirm you are working with the correct patient.

PLEASE NOTE
Patients created while working offline in Bridge will show an empty value instead of a patient number, since no PMS record yet exists to supply one.
Patients created offline in Bridge versions 2.5.0 and earlier will show zeros in place of the patient number, rather than a blank value.
Separate Offline Patient Data for Shared Computers
Bridge now supports separate offline patient data for each Windows user account on shared computers.
When enabled by your Auditdata administrator, offline patients are only visible to users signed in with the same Windows account that created or downloaded them. This applies to offline work and patients prepared for offline use. Online access remains unchanged, and all Bridge users can continue to see all offline patients as before.
KEY DETAILS
- This option is disabled by default. Offline patient data will only be separated by Windows user account if your Auditdata administrator enables it.
- Offline patients that were already stored on the computer before the option was enabled remain visible to all users.
- The limit of 250 offline patients still applies to the computer and is shared across all Windows user accounts on that device.
- Users who can access an offline patient record can also delete it.
- In rare cases where Bridge cannot identify the current Windows user account, it will display a warning and close instead of starting an offline session.
2. sOLVED ISSUES
Session Date and Time Not Matching Between Bridge and Fitting Software
Previously, the date and time displayed for a session could differ between Bridge and the fitting software. In some cases, the time shown in the fitting software was shifted by the user's time zone offset, which could also cause the session to appear on a different date.
This issue has been resolved. Session, audiogram, and patient dates now display consistently across Bridge, the fitting software, and Manage, using the computer's local time.
NOTE:
- Sessions created in earlier Bridge versions retain their original date and time values. The fix applies only to sessions created after upgrading and does not update existing records.
- If a session is created in one time zone and later opened in another, the fitting software will still show the time of the original time zone, so a difference from Bridge may still be seen.
