Your system administrator will provide you with a URL in order to launch the software.
The screen prompts are:
LOGIN
Type your login and press Enter. If you do not have your login or cannot remember it, contact your system administrator.
PASSWORD
Type your password and press Enter or click SIGN IN.
Alternatively, you can log in with a pre-configured additional account. To do so, click the corresponding button under EXTERNAL ACCOUNT and select from the options available on the login screen.
On first login, you need to select an ENVIRONMENT. The type of environment that you choose will determine the scope of features available for your user and the database that your user can access.
Logging Out
- To log out of Manage at the main screen, go to USER MENU and click SIGN OUT in the right bottom. You will immediately exit the software.
- It is important never close the browser window using the "X" close button located at the top right. Closing the browser window with the "X" will hang your session which can lock data behind the scenes.
