Welcome to Auditdata Manage. The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of getting logged in and navigating around your Office Management System (OMS).

Once signed in, you can change the environment if required. On the top far right click the Profile icon to do so. Ensure you have saved required data before proceeding:

- Signing Out
- On the far right of the screen, click on the Profile icon to log out.
BP: It is important to log out correctly using the "sign out" button to release the user license for later use.
- DASHBOARD
The Dashboard has icons down the Left hand side of the screen allowing quick access to the various menus and functions.

- Take a Tour of Auditdata
- This conveniently opens the Auditdata webpage on a new tab.
Whether using the links on the desktop or the sidebar to launch a function such as Appointment or Patient information, Manage 7 is now at your fingertips.
Highlighting each icon on the sidebar will show you other available functions. Examples:
- Clicking on the Scheduler shows existing appointments and allows the creation of an appointment:

It is important to note that each function open on different tabs uses a session license. A user can only have four functions open at one time. If an Exit icon exists, use it to exit the function and release your user license.

Auditdata Manage OMS uses some basic concepts throughout the software. If familiar with these basic concepts, you will be able to navigate more easily and maximize your benefit from the software.
The buttons and icons below appear throughout the system and have the following meanings:
Click ADD to add a record eg a Patient. In an invoice, click ADD to add a new row.
This CHANGE icon allows you to change a record. Move from ADD to CHANGE mode.
INSERT a row between two existing records eg on an invoice or quote.
Highlight a row or range of rows and click DELETE (F7) to remove the records. May be at the top or bottom of a screen.
Click CONTINUE (F3) to save entered data and move forward.
Cancel the information entered and exit without saving.
Expand a grid record to exposing additional fields/detail. Click again to contract it.
PRINT icon a report, a list or a form.
Search from a list or set of options. If it is beside a list, it will open the list.
View the calendar and select a date.
Select a value from a list.
Click the Help Icon to navigate to Help or the Support Centre.

The aim is to document the issue well enough to enable us to replicate the steps taken to create the issue. Doing so will promote efficient resolution times.
The email should include Patient/Document numbers (but not last Name and DOB/address etc); also snips of screens and/or warning messages, and steps taken to replicate and attempts to resolve it. [Greenshot is a very good free snipping tool].
