Add a Specialist Schedule in Manage
Description
A specialist may not appear as available in the Scheduler because no schedule has been configured for them in Manage 11.
This usually occurs when the Specialist Schedule is not created or the “Use specialist schedule” option is not enabled in the specialist settings.

Expected Outcome
After completing these steps:
- The specialist will have an active schedule assigned.
- The specialist’s available time slots will appear in the Scheduler.
- Users will be able to book appointments with the specialist during the configured time slots.
Escalation Criteria
Escalate the issue to second-level support if:
- The specialist schedule cannot be created or saved.
- The specialist does not appear in the Scheduler after creating the schedule.
- The system shows errors when adding time slots or selecting appointment reasons.
For escalation, provide:
- Environment name
- Specialist name
- Screenshot of the specialist schedule configuration
- Steps already attempted
- Any error messages encountered
Additional Notes
- Ensure the correct location and appointment reasons are configured before creating the schedule.
- If the schedule does not appear immediately in the Scheduler, try refreshing the page or reopening the Scheduler.
- Administrators are typically required to configure specialist schedules.
