What this guide covers: After following this guide, you'll be able to generate a report listing all clients whose HSP maintenance agreement has expired, so you can track and follow up with them.
Who is this for?

Before you start
You'll need:
- Access to Manage 11 with permission to view the Reports section
- Knowledge of the Areas, Regions, or Locations you want to include in your results
Steps
Step 1: Open the HSP and DVA report
Go to Reports › Operations › HSP and DVA.
Step 2: Filter for expired agreements
Set the HSP Expired field to Yes.
Step 3: Narrow your results
Select the relevant Areas, Regions, or Locations to limit the report to the clients you're responsible for.
Step 4: Generate the report
Click Generate to produce the report.
✅ You're done!
You should now see a list of all clients whose HSP expiry date has passed, ready for tracking and follow-up.
Troubleshooting
If something didn't work:
- No results appear: Double-check that HSP Expired is set to Yes and that you haven't selected an Area/Region/Location combination that excludes all your clients.
- Report includes clients you don't expect: Review your Area/Region/Location selections - leaving these blank returns results across all locations.
