It may rarely happen that Manage 9 page stays in a constant loading loop
Landing page is not loading in any browser and in incognito mode
Open Developer tools > Network > Console, see if there is 200 error
If error is like: “Error: iat is in the future: 1712739268” (reply from signin-callback.html/auditdata.com)
This means that this PC has a future date and is not synchronized with time.windows.com
Auditdata server cannot accept a signin token with a future datetime parameter
To fix the issue go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Date and Time
Open tab Internet Time, click Change settings, click 2-3 times Update Now button
PC time should be now synchronized with time.windows.com
When this is done and time synchronized, try reentering into Manage 9
