Task management

General

On this tab, administrators can configure task visibility rules to determine whether users can access tasks beyond their designated locations. These settings apply to both Patients and Leads, helping organizations regulate task access across different departments, teams, or geographic areas.

Use the checkbox labeled "Restrict visibility of tasks outside of User's location" to allow or block access to tasks that fall outside a user’s assigned location.
  1. When enabled (default setting), users will only see tasks within their location.
  2. When disabled, users can view, edit, and delete tasks outside their location. However, the Location field will remain read-only during editing.
