Zapier Integrations - Google

General Info

Auditdata Manage can be integrated with various third-party software using Zapier. More information how Zapier works can be found here - https://platform.zapier.com/quickstart/how-zapier-works.
Generally, each Zap consists of three major stages:
  1. Trigger (If I do this in Application A).
  2. Filter (Only do this, if a certain condition is met) - this step is optional.
  3. Action (Do this in Application B).
In order to integrate Auditdata Manage with other software using Zapier, the following is required:
  1. obtain authentication details for your Auditdata Manage system from the Auditdata Support team - API key  and gateway URL
  2. sing up for the Zapier plan that fits your business model - https://zapier.com/pricing
  3. create a Zap yourself or get assistance from the Professional Services team at Auditdata
Certain applications in Zapier are registered as Premium ones. This might influence the plan that you need to acquire to run them.

Zap Integration between Auditdata and Google Calendar

You can create an integration between Auditdata Manage and Google Calendar. The integration consists of two steps:
1. If an appointment is created in Auditdata Manage Scheduler
2. A Google Calendar event is created in Google Calendar

The event in Google Calendar will include the following information:
  1. Event summary
  2. Event description
  3. Event start and end date

Zap Integration between Auditdata and Gmail

You can create an integration between Auditdata Manage and Google Mail. The integration consists of these steps:
1. If a new appointment is created.
2. And its status is not Canceled
3. Send an email to a patient from the Gmail

The email can include:
  1. patient details
  2. appointment reason code
  3. location
  4. date and time of the appointment
  5. patient's phone number
Below is a sample of how such email might look like:

Dear ,

We have booked you an appointment with our specialist at .

Date and time:

Location: Wildersgade 10B, 1408, Copenhagen, Denmark

We will call or text you two days before your appointment to remind you by provided phone number

How to change your appointment

If you would like a telephone or video appointment instead, please contact us on +4570203124. We may need to change the time and date of your appointment. If you no longer need an appointment or if you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. You can call us on +4570203124, email us info@auditdata.com. Letting us know in advance that you are unable to attend allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.
