After transducer changing it might happen that a limitation of the measurement range is present on graph in Primus software.
Primus software version can be checked in Help > About, and if it is lower than 4.0.0 the software upgrade is needed.
The described issue relates to misbehavior of older Primus software versions and new transducer plugs.

After upgrading software, with Primus board connected, the software will then ask to also make a mandatory firmware upgrade.
After upgrading software and firmware, click Tools > Refresh Transducer Data (choose your transducer/conductor)
After refreshing Transducer Data please re-plug it, then measurement graph should be shown correctly.
Please note that when making
Refresh
Transducer Data transducer should be connected directly to Primus board (without sound booth cables).
