How do I share Test Definitions from Auditdata Cloud?

You can share Test Definitions in a very similar way to sharing Primus Settings Profile described in the previous section. 

To do this:

  1. Please ensure that you have customized your Test Definitions in Primus under Tools > Test Definitions. 

  1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Real Ear\Primus and copy the TestDefinitions.xml file. 

  1. Save the file on your local PC. 

  1. Remember where you have saved the TestDefinitions.xml file. 

  1. Log in to your Cloud website and go to Primus Administration > Primus Settings.  

  1. Here you need to upload to the Cloud your locally saved TestDefinitions xml file by first clicking the UPLOAD button for Test Definitions and Workflows. 
     
     

     

  1. In the window that opens, click the central Drop files here area. 
     
     
     

  1. Locate the TestDefinitions xml file saved on your PC and click Open. 
     

     
     

  1. To complete the file upload to the Cloud, click SEND. 
     

     
     
     You will get a Success message on your screen.

  1. Now that the file is uploaded to the Cloud, the final thing to do is to click Cloud Test Definitions and Workflows Enabled switch to activate sharing the TestDefinitions settings to all the users in your network.
