How to add Patient Alerts?
Please follow these steps to add Patient Alert:
- Search for a required patient.
- Right click on its name and select Edit Client.
- Under the Occupation field click Patient Alerts. Multiple alerts can be added there.
Available options:
- On Appointment – it will pop-up every time a new appointment is being created with this client.
- On Patient – it will pop-up every time customer’s page is open.
- One Time checkmark – will prevent Strato from showing an alert the 2nd time.
When an alert is added, a yellow triangle is present next to client’s name in the search panel of Strato.
