How to work with Consent forms digitally in Strato?

Please follow these steps to create Consent Forms:

  1. Go to Tools -> Configuration -> Consent Question.


  1. Create Consent Question.
  2. Go to the next tab to create Consent Form and add the needed Consent Questions. On Client Info page the newly created form is now available.
  3. By clicking Open…, the form can be registered.


Additionally, user can upload a document to Client Page with a blank Document Type, the electronic document can be signed by 3rd party software.

Please note that there is no link between Consent Forms and Client Documents.
