What are the options for appointment reminders?

Any appointment type has these options for notifications:
  1. First SMS Reminder – SMS is being sent in 24 hours before appointment, if appointment is setup for 1 day in advance. If less than 24 hours left, instant SMS, if less than 4 hours – no SMS.
  2. Second SMS Reminder – the same as First SMS Reminder.
  3. Immediate SMS Reminder – instantly.
  4. E-mail Reminder – the same as First SMS Reminder.
  5. Immediate E-mail Reminder – instantly.
