C1, C2 BTE Dispensing Fee, NS (Non Standard) category, Changing Categories on claims, change top up or B&M cost

Some companies embed the dispensing fee in the cost of devices.

This is done in the Config>Inventory Menu>OHS Categories menu item.

On the claim itself, Users can also change the category next on the Hearing Aid information line, for example, if it is an NS (non-standard) charge, or BTE - ie something other than C1, C2, or C3.

To change a Top Up Cost click the box next to the Top Up checkbox. It opens the device options window.  Change the Unit Price in there to change the amount charged to the patient.

To change the B&M cost, click the Search box near the checkbox on the claim.
