How to Archive or Delete HSP Claims & Quote Claims

A claim can only be archived. If it is unapproved and un-exported in DC it can be emptied then archived.

If Claim Generation (B&M Updates) are set to be created as Quotes in Config>System>HSP Parameters they can be deleted. If they are unapproved & non-exported in DC claims they can be edited and archived.

If they are Quote Claims, delete them in Main menu>Utilities>Delete Quotes.

If they are claims (ie quote box is unchecked) and you can uncheck "ready" and uncheck the boxes, do so, if there is a payment drill down on the payment field and over-type the amount to zero or ADD a negative amount the same as the positive payment. You will have to do a daily close if payment is involved, then archive it in Sales Repairs & Orders>HSP Claim Options>House-keeping.

Once the Daily Close is completed you can use Sales Repairs & Orders>Return Invoice and check the HSP radio button to create a reversal.
