Receive Claims Error

When a downloaded file in the HSP Portal for upload in Aurora through Receive Claims, you get an error “Invalid Batch Identifier …” – this means that the CSV file that you downloaded in the HSP Portal has no leading zeros in the filename. This happens when you open the downloaded CSV file and save. We advise not to open the file instead save it straight on the HSP Receive Claims folder on your desktop or shared drive.

Correct the error by right-clicking on the downloaded file and click edit, if you see that the leading zeros on the file are missing and it has been replaced by the character",,,,,"

Add the leading zeros it should be the same as the Send Claims filename. Once you have done editing the name, save it and upload the file in Receive Claims.
