See below for details on how to recover a deleted note.
Under the DELETED tab you highlight the note.
Then click SELECT. A new NOTE ARCHIVE window opens where you click on SELECT again.
Then you will see the NOTE details under MAINTAIN NOTE. There is a RESTORE button here to un-delete it.
