View Active User Sessions - User control of locked Sessions; Inactivity Timeout 90 mins - 2 hours
There is an inactivity time out in Aurora, usually 90 minutes or 2 hours. If a user session is locked it may be because it timed out. It can be reset. Here is an overview of how.
Maximum Sessions: Maximum number of sessions the user can have open at the one time. Note: this should never be more than 4.
They can also be given permission to terminate their own session or other users' sessions.
Terminate Sessions:
System default - ignore this setting and select from one of the following:
Own - only terminate their own locked session;
ALL - administrators/managers may be able to kill any locked user session - this is useful if the user can't log in;
None - not allowed to unlock.
Click OK to close the SESSIONS RESTRICTIONS window.
Don't forget they'll also have to have it on their Menu (as set up in the Security Role menus)
