- ✅ Yes → Proceed to Step 2.
- ❌ No → Refer to official documentation or confirm with the customer to identify the correct standard before continuing.
Step 2: Set the correct measurement standard in Measure
Is Measure already configured with the correct measurement standard?
- ✅ Yes → Run a test to verify compliance and proceed to the escalation path if the speech level is still non-compliant.
- ❌ No → Take these steps:
- Open Measure.
- Go to Tools → Settings → Measurement Standard.
- Select the appropriate standard for the customer's country.
- Save the settings and run a test to verify compliance.
→ Check if the issue is resolved. If yes - you're done ✓. If no - proceed to the escalation path below.
